Tacoma factory leaf springs are known for breaking or collapsing and we have an
affordable option to replace them. Our high
quality springs are made in the USA, have anti-friction pads and bushings, uses
factory width 60mm material and
will directly replace your existing leaf springs. We have them for early and late model
Tacoma's. They are available in a 4 leaf design (including the
overload leaf) that provides approx. stock ride height and a 5 leaf design that
provides approx. 1.5" of lift. Usually
you can reuse your factory u-bolts, the early trucks that are going from
the original 3 leaf pack to a 5 leaf pack are borderline for u-bolt
length when using stock length u-bolts. Some customers (especially in areas
where salt/chlorides are used on the roads or in salt water environments) find it necessary
to replace the u-bolts, shackles and main eye bolts due to rust and corrosion on
the existing components causing them to be unusable after removal. We have
those parts listed below for purchase if needed. See below for some optional equipment we have available, including
some front spring and shock options.

Includes a PAIR of Toyota factory shackles with frame bushings and all the
hardware. Also allows our 4x4 springs to be used on a 2wd Tacoma. See the next
item below if you would like the ability to lube your shackle bushings.
Wheeler's HD Greasable
Shackle Set: 114.50/pr
A greasable shackle set that includes heavy gauge gold zinc coated side plates
with heavy duty pin type greasable bolts, polyurethane bushings and necessary
hardware. Click
here for a picture. We offer a high quality teflon impregnated grease
and gun kit below, or you can use any quality molybdenum based grease. We also
have a greaseable bolt and bushing set for the main eye end of the spring, see
below.
Toyota Spring Main Eye

a pair of Toyota factory spring main eye bolts (for the front end of the spring,
opposite the shackle end) with nuts and washers. See the next item below if
you'd like to be able to lube your main eye bolt bushings occasionally.
