Rough Country Nitro 9000
Front and Rear Shocks for 95-04 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 and
PreRunner

The Rough
Country Nitro 9000 series nitrogen charged shock absorbers incorporate self adjusting
"Velocity Sensitive Valving". This technology varies the resistance
valving incorporated in the shock according to piston rod speed. This allows
for a super smooth highway ride and outstanding control in rugged off road
situations from the same shock, without turning any knobs or shock removal for
re-adjustment. The front struts for this application feature a unique heavy
duty spherical bearing type lower mount to increase performance compared to a
standard rubberized bushing. The front struts work very well with your stock
coils as well as Old Man Emu 880 and 881 coils. We can assemble Old Man Emu
coils onto these shocks for $120.00 plus the cost of the coils. There's more
info and a picture below about assembled struts. We have the rear shocks for
0"-1.5" lift and 2"-3.5" lift. Both lengths provide extra
travel compared to stock. The front struts and rear shocks come complete with
heavy duty stem cushions/bushings, cushion washers and polyurethane shock
boots. These shocks are very reliable and are an excellent
value.

Pictured above are NITRO 9000
front struts assembled with OME coils and top plates with stock length studs.
The extra cost to assemble coils on these struts is 120.00 plus the coils. Bolt
'em in and go. They are going to provide some lift, too. For more info about OME
coils, click here.
